POSITION WANTED: INBOUND TOUR OPERATOR
WORKING PLACE: 92A Nguyen Duy Cung St - Thuy Phuong Ward - Huong Thuy District - Hue City - Vietnam.
WORING TIME:
+ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 21:00 PM and later if in need (dinner, rest room available)
+ Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Enjoy your free time (but hand phone 24/7)

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Corresponding Operations Offices, travel agents and partners of the company and provide them accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information
+ Corresponding and advising clients ( overseas tour operators, and travel agents )
+ Working with the operations to coordinate ground operations
+ Make quotations and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents
+ Make reservations with local suppliers, restaurants and hotels
+ Follow up and take care the reservations
+ Meet arrival groups and tour leaders ( if requested )
+ Issue invoices for each booking and assist accounting department with regards to payment
+ Work report Weekly to Operations Manager
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
+ Vietnamese Nationality – Male and got married
+ Excellent command of written and spoken English
+ Good Microsoft, Microsoft Outlook, Excel skills
+ Minimum 03 year experience as Inbound Tour Operator
+ Good attitude, well organized, hard working
+ Ability to work under pressure and timeline
