Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrive in Saigon ( D )
Meet at Saigon Airport and transfer to the hotel. We then take an orientation tour of Saigon to visit some highlights building such as: Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall and Opera House. Enjoy dinner and stay overnight at your hotel.
Day 2: Saigon – Cu Chi ( B,L )
Today we drive to Cu Chi tunnel which is the most complicated underground system in Vietnam built in early 1948 and completed its 250km long around 1960. This is an amazing place where we are absolutely admired the way of the guerrillas’ living and fighting for their mission. Return to your hotel and free at leisure.
Day 3: Saigon – Cai Be – Can Tho (B,L)
Today we will enjoy the beautiful scenery in Mekong Delta area with hundreds of canal and river system and the most productive farm in Vietnam. On arrival Cai Be town, we take a boat cruise to visit to Cai Be floating market which is very interesting and popular in Mekong region. After visiting this market, we continue our boat trip to local village nearby to view how local people making coconut candy, rice-paper, pop-corn, and local souvenirs. We will take a short walk through the fruit garden and visit the farm and enjoy our lunch at the farm. Walk around fruit garden and then board the boat again heading to Vinh Long town. Continue our trip to Can Tho City for an overnight Stay.
Day 4: Can Tho – Chau Doc ( B, L )
Early morning we will take a boat trip to Cai Rang floating market which is more activities of buying and selling, more boats and livelier than the Cai Be. Return our hotel then check out and drive to Long Xuyen City for lunch. After that we cycle to Chau Doc town, the border town with Cambodia. Overnight in Chau Doc.
Day 5: Chau Doc – Ha Tien ( B,L )
After breakfast, we drive to Sam Mountain for visiting Chua Xu Temple and Tay An Pagoda. Continue our tour to Vam Ray where we get on the wheel again to ride to Ha Tien City which is located on the southwest of Vietnam in the Thailand Gulf. This beautiful border city with Cambodia has been well known for its nature beauty, Mountains, paddy fields, Rivers, Lakes, Caves, Beaches and Islands since 19th century. A spectacular distance to ride, we go pass by many scenic spots, sugar palm trees, paddy fields, shrimp farms, coast line and mangrove forest as we are reaching our destination. Arrive at Ha Tien to check in to the hotel.
Day 6: Ha Tien – Phu Quoc Island ( B,L )
We drive to the pier to take a hydrofoil to Phu Quoc Island, we cycle to Duong Dong town where we check in our hotel at beachfront resort. Phu Quoc is one of the biggest islands in Vietnam has become one of the top destinations for holiday makers in the recent year cause of its nature beauty and delicious fresh seafood. The beautiful untouched beaches, amazing coral reef, rain forest, springs, local habits and customs, hospitality and friendly people make this island become a unique character and an interesting place to visit. Just relax and explore this wonderful Island.
Day 7: Saigon City – Departure ( B )
Transfer you to Tan Son Nhat Airport for your flight back home and Southern Vietnam Adventure Tour ends here
