| Welcome to Vietnam. Meet at Noi Bai airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Have dinner and stay overnight in Hanoi City. |
Day 2: Visit Hanoi ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| After breakfast, we will visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, One-Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Quan Thanh, the Temple of Literature ( the first university of Viet Nam being built in 1070 ) and the Army Museum. After lunch, we take a small excursion in the 36 streets of the famous old Quarter by Cyclo, the Vietnamese version of the rickshaw. Stay overnight in Hanoi City. |
Day 3: Hanoi - Hoa Lu ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| After breakfast, transfer to Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. Experience the ancient capital of the Dinh and Le Dynasty. The reconstructed temples are fascinating. Enjoy our lunch and visit the scenic Tam Coc and on a rowing boat cruise on the Ngo Dong River. The limestone cliffs and tranquil waters make for a splendidly relaxing afternoon. Return to Hanoi for an overnight stay at the hotel. |
Day 4: Hanoi - Ha Long ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Drive to Ha Long Bay- the World Heritage Site granted by UNESCO in 1994. We then cruise through the majestic Ha Long Bay. Enjoy the beautiful and natural landscape of Ha Long formed by islands and islets. Explore Thien Cung and Dau Go Caves. Seafood lunch will be served on the boat. We continue cruising around the bay and stop for swimming and fishing. Have dinner and stay overnight on board. |
Day 5: Ha Long - Hanoi - Hue ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| After breakfast, we visit Lan Ha bay with 4 hours on the boat and back to Bai Chay wharf. After lunch, transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to Hue. Overnight in Hue City. |
| Day 6: Visit Hue City ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Today, we visit Hue, the capital city of Vietnam under the Nguyen Dynasty. Visit legendary Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty governed from 1802 to 1945. We continue to visit Minh Mang Tomb, Khai Dinh Tomb. In the afternoon, we take a dragon boat trip on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Enjoy dinner and listen to Hue court music. Overnight in Hue City. |
Day 7: Hue - Phong Nha - Dong Hoi ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Early morning, we drive to Phong Nha Cave, and admire the natural landscape. We visit some famous caves such as Bi Ky Cave and Trinh Nu Cave. Return to Dong Hoi Town for an overnight stay at the hotel. |
Day 8: Dong Hoi - Hue ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| On the return trip to Hue, we will stop to visit Vinh Moc Tunnels which were dug out by Viet Cong to avoid bombardments during the Vietnam War. We continue to visit Hien Luong Bridge and Ben Hai River. Overnight in Hue City. |
Day 9: Hue - Hoi An ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Leave Hue for Hoi An, we stop at Lang Co Beach and cross Hai Van Pass. We then visit Cham Museum. Arrive in Hoi An to check into the hotel and have lunch. In the afternoon, you are free for shopping .Overnight in Hoi An Town. |
Day 10: Hoi An - My Son ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Early morning, we drive to My Son Holy Land and discover the old beautiful and stunning structures of Champa minority kingdom with the historic and cultural ruins of the 16th Century; We will be brought back to the glorious time of the Champa civilization. Return to Hoi An for lunch. In the afternoon, we explore the Hoi An town with a mix of Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese and French architecture. Overnight in Hoi An Town |
Day 11: Danang - Nha Trang ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Check out and transfer to Danang Airport for the flight to Nha Trang. After booking to the hotel we will have lunch at the restaurant. In the afternoon, we relax and swim at Nha Trang Beach. Overnight at the hotel in Nha Trang City. |
Day 12: Visit Nha Trang & Islands ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| We take a boat trip on Nha Trang blue sea to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium and a fishing village. Have a bath on Hon Tam Island. After lunch, we will visit Long Son Pagoda and return to the hotel for a rest at the beach. Overnight at the hotel in Nha Trang City. |
Day 13: Nha Trang – Da Lat ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| After breakfast, we will drive to Da Lat – a city of flowers in the highland. En route we stop to visit Poklong Krai Cham Tower- the worshiping place of the Cham people in Phan Rang and Da Nhim Hydro-electric Power Plant. We will cross over the spectacular Ngoan Muc mountain pass. Arrive in Da Lat for for lunch and check into the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Da Lat City. |
Day 14: Discover Da Lat City ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Today, we visit Da Lat misty city such as Valley of Love, Da Lat Flower Garden, King Bao Dai’s Palace and Da Lat market. After lunch; we will then visit Truc Lam Meditation Pogoda and Tuyen Lam Lake. We will have a chance to ride elephants up and down the hills or along the lake. In the evening, we enjoy the Cong Chieng music festival of the minority people. Overnight at the hotel in Da Lat City. |
Day 15: Da Lat – Saigon City ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Transfer for morning flight from Da Lat to Saigon City. After lunch, we will visit Saigon City including Chinatown, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, City Hall, War Remnant Museum, Ben Thanh market and Thien Hau Pagoda. Overnight in Saigon City |
Day 16: Saigon - Cai Be floating market - Can Tho ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| Today, we start our exploration of the Mekong Delta, a major rice producing area. It must be one of the most fascinating reverie deltas in the world. The Mekong splits into 9 major arteries. A vast network of rivers and waterways with thousands boats plowing the waters gives Mekong Delta a very special atmosphere. We then take a boat trip cruising to Cai Be floating market for a visiting villages and meeting the local people of the Mekong Delta. Our lunch will serve at a local family at An Binh Island. We continue on our journey by rowing boat to the small canal before getting to Can Tho – the heart of a spectacular Mekong Delta in Vietnam. Check in to the hotel and free at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel in Can Tho. |
Day 17: Can Tho - Cai Rang floating market - Saigon ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| After breakfast, we cruise to see floating market, truly highlights of our tour in Vietnam where we will enjoy the beautiful scenery and see daily activities of the locals who live along the Mekong canals. We have a chance to roam through the village to visit husking mill, a rice noodles making factory to see the Vietnamese daily life on the Mekong Delta River. After our lunch, we return to Saigon City for an overnight stay. |
| Day 18: Saigon - Cu Chi ( Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner ) |
| We drive to visit Cu Chi tunnel which was a bitter battleground for many years and was used by the guerillas during the Vietnam War. Return to Saigon for lunch. The rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Saigon. |
